• This VFC variant of the legendary AK74 has exceptional construction quality, feeling solid in hand with high grade materials used throughout.
  
• Engravings and markings are highly detailed and period-correct on the receiver & sight.
• Featuring a CNC machined steel bolt carrier, simulated bolt, and long-stroke piston assembly, the bolt carrier group is built to be incredibly durable and robust.
• Its cylinder assembly has been beefed up with an enlarged 22mm cylinder which naturally results in a much stronger kick and recoil impulse compared to other GBB AKs on the market.
• The gun features an adjustable bolt travel setting which allows the user to set the gun up to either have a long-stroke full travel bolt action which allows the bolt to travel fully to the rear like a real AK or a short-stroke half travel bolt action which allows the bolt to only travel half the distance when shooting for a faster fire rate.
• The fire control group is also a full steel construction for additional durability and robustness and is equipped with a realistic braided wire hammer spring like seen in a real AK.
• The AV-74M has a fully adjustable rotary style hop-up unit, adjustable through the ejection port.
• The hop-up bucking and inner barrel are all standard VSR-spec, making it very easy to upgrade with aftermarket hop rubbers and inner barrels.
• The handguard, buttstock, and pistol grip are made of tough glass-filled polymer which helps give the rifle an exceptional build quality.
• The left side of the receiver has an AK dovetail mount which can mount rails or optics and works with Warsaw Pact style optics like a KOBRA red dot or a PK-A.
• Stock is a paratrooper style side-folding stock with folding function & anti slip textured buttpad.
  
• Front and rear sling mount points.
• The magazine holds 42 BBs and is made from heavy glass-filled polymer while the core of the magazine is machined using lightweight aluminum alloy, giving a dense lightweight feel.
• Boasts a 107cc gas tank capacity, which is the largest compared to other AK gas magazines on the market, weighing in at 388g.
  
• On standard 135PSI green gas, the rifle kicks incredibly hard, notably more than the Marui GBBR series, adding to the shooting experience.
